HowTo/Mesquite in R

It is possible to call functions in Mesquite from within R, though this requires installation of a headless version of Mesquite. Instructions on how to accomplish this will appear here. Additional links between the programs are under development.
Installation
- Download headless version of Mesquite
- change directory to Mesquite_Folder
- type 'java mesquite.Mesquite'
- quit
